We may assign a unique email address to your account to help EstaService receive notifications from authorities processing your travel documents and submitting your application. By agreeing to these Terms, you guarantee that all information provided to EstaService is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge. You also accept our third-party processing authorizations, which involve the use of your data and digital signature.
Electronic Records & Signatures
You consent to EstaService using your electronic signature where necessary and submitting required documents for the service you purchased. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting support@estaservice.us, which will result in immediate termination of our services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to hold harmless EstaService, its employees, directors, and representatives from any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damagesarising from this agreement (including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or other losses). If EstaService is found liable, its responsibility shall be limited to the amount you paid for the products/services, with no entitlement to punitive damages.

If your purchase involves third-party services, you may need to accept additional terms on the third-party website. EstaService is not responsible for content, products, or services provided by third parties.
Governing Law
These Terms and your use of this Site are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, USA.
Arbitration & Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from your use of this Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Puerto Rico, USA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party bears its own legal costs, and arbitration must conclude within 120 days of notice.
Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by law, no arbitration under these Terms may be joined with another case, and you agree to resolve disputes individually.
Account Termination

EstaService shall not be liable for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, or other extraordinary circumstances.
